This Cookie Policy explains how RoboStream Inc. ("RoboStream", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on robostream.life (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the Site function, remember preferences and — if you consent — support analytics. Similar technologies include localStorage entries used to remember your cookie consent choices.

2. How we use cookies

RoboStream uses a minimal cookie approach aligned with PIPEDA's consent requirements. Non-essential cookies are placed only after you choose Accept all or enable specific categories in Customise.

3.1 Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for basic Site operation and cannot be disabled through our banner without impairing function. They may include:

Consent storage — records your cookie choices so the banner does not reappear on every visit.
Session / security — supports HTTPS delivery and basic abuse protection where implemented by hosting.

Legal basis: necessary to provide the service you request. Duration: up to six months for consent records.

3.2 Analytics (optional)

If you consent, we may use analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic — pages visited, approximate referral source, device type and session duration. We configure analytics to avoid collecting unnecessary personal information and do not use analytics for automated profiling or advertising resale.

Example vendors (if enabled): privacy-oriented analytics such as Plausible Analytics or Matomo, configured with IP anonymization where available.

Duration: session to thirteen months depending on vendor configuration. Legal basis: your consent via the cookie banner.

3.3 Preferences (optional)

If you consent, preference cookies remember choices that improve your experience — for example, dismissing informational notices or remembering display preferences. We do not use preference cookies for cross-site tracking.

5. Managing your consent

When you first visit the Site, a banner offers three choices:

Accept all — enables necessary, analytics and preference cookies/storage.
Reject all — enables only strictly necessary cookies.
Customise — choose analytics and preferences individually.

Your choice is stored for six months, after which the banner may appear again so you can review preferences.

To change your mind before expiry:

clear Site data / cookies for robostream.life in your browser settings and revisit the Site; or

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies globally. Blocking all cookies may affect Site functionality.

6. Do Not Track

There is no uniform standard for responding to Do Not Track signals. We honour the choices you make in our cookie banner rather than DNT headers alone.

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove technologies. The Last updated date will change accordingly.
